LaserSoft Imaging

I have upgraded my stystem to windows 2000P, and wish to reinstall the Silverfast 5.5 upgrade I bought last November. When I tried to reinstall the program I was asked for a serial number which was not accepted, and an invoice number that was not accepted because it was issued prior to March of 2002.

please advise.
