Unable to open Silverfast

Have not used for a while and now unable to open Silverfast, 1 change was made on a Mac to lion from snow leopard,
Dear customer,
are you still using SilverFast 6?
SilverFast 6 unfortunately is not compatible with OSX 10.7 Lion.
Lion requires SilverFast 8.
You can check on our website if your scanner is supported with Lion.
