<b>Credit Card Processing Error</B>
Well all, it's finally available, but their Credit Card Processing isn't working. I called Lasersoft USA and was told to wait until Monday and to try again then. So we'll just have to wait a little longer

!

Credit Card processing VeriSign has problems
We regret that VeriSign credit card processing has problems giving us unrelated messages. We hope that they resolve their problems quickly. So hopefully we will be able to process cards again as soon as possible!

The on-line order form is now working, I just ordered the upgrade for my Sprintscan 120. Yippee!

I've had to email Lasersoft for the correct serial now.

I have one Serial No. for SF 5.5 and another for IT8.
Do I get another Serial No. with the Upgrade to SF 6?
What Serial No. do I use when I upgrade from SF 5.5 incl. IT8
to SF 6?

When ordering the
upgrade, you should enter your
IT8 serial number in the form. This will tell our processor that you have
IT8 now and of course should get it when you
upgrade to v6.
If you run into problems with the serial numbers, please email our support dept.
