LaserSoft Imaging

I am using Silverfast Se Plus version 8, having just upgraded from version 6.6. While there are a number of major improvements not least the GUI interface. I have been unable to locate the following features that were in the old version.
1) When running the automated workflow the ability to choose what items are included, there now seems to be a large number of fixed choices but no user choice.
2) Digital Ice has disappeared
3) The output settings screen and the ability to set naming rules when using Batch Scanning.

1) you can make your own choice of workflow when you deactivate the Workflow Pilot.
2) Digital Ice was been replaced by iSRD
3) in the moment it is not possble to set naming rules when using Batch Scanning.

You just need to click the "WorkflowPilot" button.

Thanks...Duh! I just learned elsewhere that, with my Bamboo tablet, only the pen works in SF, but not the Bamboo's wireless mouse. Gotta use only the pen for all things SilverFast.
