Hello everyone,
Today I tried downloading Silverfast 8. I have conducted according to the instructions acted. So I get my old number to verify SNR; dis was correct. Then I download the instruction of Silverfast 8 and read them. After that I trey to download 8 Silverfast software, I got the message that was already downloaded, but I had not done yet only the instructions. I did receive a new SRN number given for Silverfast 8. What should I do? Can you help me?

Sincerely,
Jan van Oevelen of the Netherlands

Dear Jan van Oevelen,

please go to the download-section at www.silverfast.com and klick on "update". Then type in your new serial number and the registered email-address and download SF8.

Best regards

Me too, I'm not allowed to update to SF8. I purchased SF AI 6,6 on June 25th, so the update would be free for. No guys. Each time I trying to download this, the system tells me my SN is an older version. If I would to use the new one SF8 I have to pay again. Nice question

Dear Mauval,

when you have purchased SF6.6 after June 1st you can upload your invoice at our website (SF8 free upgrade).
We will check it and you will get an upgrade for free. No reason to be worry :-)

Dear Artur, thanks for your answer. I'd like to excuse me as I made a horrible mistake: I used, to upgrade SF8, a SN found in a previously invoice from last year. So your system was ok, but my mind not at all.
I hope you may excuse me again, but this is also due to be a friendly customer os Silverfast... :)
