quick batch scanning with ISDR

I want to set-up an efficient workflow that:
1- recognises my negatives introduced in my canonscan 9000F
2- processes all images with multi-exposure & ISDR (scratch removal trough infrared channel) automatically turned on and with same image definition for all negatives in batch mode without having to define the parameters for each image.
3- save all images in given folder or even better in Aperture directly.
I succeeded to perform this image after image but when you have 5000 negatives to scan you start to desesperate !
Thanks for any idea to improve my workflow
