LaserSoft Imaging

Hi All,

I am a new comer here, and i hope i can find answers here.

My scanner is PIE PrimeFilm 7250u , silverfast 6.6AI, it's work fine till yesterday ,

Yesterday I want to try some new with v**s**n, but I found it hard to use and can't get a sharp pic which with silverfast ,so I uninstall it and return to silverfast , But Unfortunately I found the iSRD can't work!

that's when I turn off the iSRD, the sofeware work as usual ，but when I turn iSRD on ,I get a completely white color picture(just white color ,nothing else), the preview of iSRD is also a white color pitcure,

I have try to uninstall the silverfast and reinstall it , but the problem seems still ,could I have any suggestion?

Dear customer,

please make sure you did not install any custom drivers from the other software.
Try reinstalling the latest manufacturer drivers and test if the infrared correction still works with the manufacturer's software.
If you still have issues I will forward your posting to our service center.
