What are best settings under option(General/auto/cms/special).Scanning 35mm Kodachrome and Ektachrome any suggestion were I might find more detail explanation about these settings(watched quick time movies).Keep getting error:You've selected the following color management setting: Input-> Internal ICM In order to work properly, the following settings are missing scanner Kodachrome. Don't know what this means new to this please help. Thanks!

All these settings are set correctly from the start.
You should only make changes here if your workflow demands it.
For all normal operations the settings do not have to be changed.

The only exeption is the target color workspace which you might want to chose according to your workflow.
And the auto tab's "automatic for ADF/batch" setting if you are using a scanner with a document feeder (Nikon SF-210, Reflecta DigitDia, etc.)

dear customer,

for the Kodachrome settings to work correctly the normal transparency mode also has to be configured correctly.

make sure the input profile is selected correctly for both scanmodes.
The standard profiles are called:
SFprofT(... for transparency
and
SFprofK(... for Kodachrome

The targets created by the auto IT8 calibration are called:
SF_T(... for transparency
and
SF_K(... for Kodachrome

kind regards,
