Multiple Copies on one Mac

Hi There - First Post :-)

I am putting together a film scanning system and may have up to 3 different scanners running on one Mac.
Nikon LS 5000, Nikon LS 9000 and Canon 9000F.

Can I have all three machines scanning at the same time?
I will most likely be using Studio 6.6 on all three with output feeding into HDR Studio
I found a discussion on this - but it is very old and I would appreciate an update

Also - Am I going to have to pay the full price for all three versions of the software just because they are driving different scanners?

Best regards

Brian

Hi Brian,

No, you can only drive one scanner at a time, all other scanners must be disconnected while using the one scanner you need.

No, you will have to pay full price for the first version (let's say for the Nikon 5000), all other versions can be bought with a discount on our online store by using the first serial number.

Cheers

Just curious, why bother with the CS5000 if you have the CS9000 ?
The 9000 is a better scanner, even for 35mm.
