LaserSoft Imaging

I am new to LaserSoft (Ai Studio) and wish to use the auto-calibrate function with LaserSoft iT8 targets. I will scan both Kodachrome and other(kodak and fuji) 35mm transparencies as well as 6 x 7 cm fuji transparencies and 4 x 5 inch fuji transparencies. Will I need just a 35mm Kodachrome iT8 target and 6 x 7 fuji target or do I need more? This is for an amateur photographer.

if you do not want to scan reflective media your selection of targets should be sufficient for your needs.
