LaserSoft Imaging

I installed SF 6.6 that I got with a Plustek 7200i
- Just before I scan I get a message the a 12bits JPEG won't be read by all imaging software, I have in fact requested of a 24 bit JPG (1st attempt) or a TIFF (2nd attempt).
- After I scan trying both formats (above) I cannot open any of the files that have been created
Note: I can't find in SF anyplace where to specify the output file format, I only found that in the QuickScan application that came with the PlusTek scanner

Dear PAJOT ,

the setting that you are searching for is called Scanmode, please set it to 48Bit->24Bit Color and not to 48Bit HDR if you want to open the file with
a program that is not capable of handling 48Bit files.
