"Batch scan" in RPS 7200

Hi,
I am lost in a workflow suggested in the SF documentation, probably due to use of the connection of words "batch" and "scan" I am not familiar with. I have the Reflecta RPS 7200. The driver that comes with it can do this: preview film strip (all strip or selection of frames), than making crop, adjustments for (some selected or all) frames, etc, then allows me to slect thumbs on the strip on the preview window and start the scan. Now starts something what I would describe as a "batch scan". It simply goes through the film strip anad makes a full scan of selected (or all) images. This is a huge time saving workflow.
Now, the problem: SF requires one step in the middle of the process, because there is one another scan after the making the thumbs of the strip. This intermediate scan is creating the preview, but only one preview at a time. Is this correct or I am missing something?
Ok, dont mind that there would be a one more step. But what bothers me is that documentation knows the batch scan only within this one preview image and only for use of a flat scanner. I found no advise how to do batch scan with my type of scanner. It loks like this option is missing. Is this correct?
I dont believe that these findings are correct. As I wrote at the beginning of the post, I have probably difficultie in understanding basic principles and functions. But I cannot help myself so there is the question for 104 Euro which I paid for SE Plus
: How can I do batch scan with RPS 7200?
