:-? Hi
I have just upgraded to 6.6 and it asks me whether I want the twain version or the photoshop standalone version?
Can you please entlighten me as to the benefits of either. I am guessing I should go for twain, as I also use other applications besides photoshop, but as they usually share the photoshop plugins I am unsure.
Thanks
John

Dear Customer,

please be aware that twain does not support any kind of ColorManagment which would render any calibration of the scanner useless.
Twain is mainly for wide compliance with 3rd party applications. I would always use the Standalone or Photoshop version, as you got a ColorManagment there.
