I did purchase, but have no serial number.
I placed a download order.
but, There is no reply, no invoice, no receipt, no serial number.

How long take to get e-mail with serial number?

Dear Customer,

you should get an automatic reply from us with your serial number directly after your purchase.
A very common problem is that some mail clients or even providers tag these automatically generated mails as spam,
please have a look into your spam folder the mail very likely ended up there
