50/50 chance of hanging on iMac G5 Leopard

Importing to PS CS3... SilverFast will scan the image but, seemingly having completed its task, the program will hang.

Is there a fix for this?

please note that our forum is not for general support .
This problem shpuld be fixed by using the latest version of SilverFast and deleting the prefs.

I am using the latest version of the software and, despite deleting the preferences several times, the problem persists.

Where should I raise this issue? Should I contact Lasersoft directly?
