LaserSoft Imaging

There is no response when clicking the delete frames button unless a new prescan is performed. Then it is erratic. If the prescan has been zoomed the frame has to be resized to smaller (possibly original size but not sure), then click prescan again and then click frame delete before any other correction is made.

Is this normal?

this is certainly not normal behavior please delete the "prefs" and see if this condition is cured.
