about the logo of "LaserSoft Imaging"

when i scan the film, there always have the logo of “LaserSoft Imaging".i can't get rid of them. how can i do it ? urgently! thank you very much.

register the software with your license key.

look at the top of this page "serialization" under the FAQ banner
If that does not work you need to turn in a problem report or call the SF office.
