Dear Mr Nixdorf
It is possible for you to assign names to your calibration profiles everytime
you carry out a new IT8 calibration.
You gotta have in mind that when you make an IT8 calibration, what you are
actually doing is creating a new
ICC color profile. So, Before starting the
actual calibration, you have to tell
SilverFast to let you personalize the
name of the created profiles.
Please follow the next steps to activate the customization of
ICC profile
names.
- Please press the "options" button located near the "scan" button on the main control window.
-In the options dialog, you will select the "Auto" tab which contains a list
of items to control some automated tasks in SilverFast
- Please mark the checkbox next to the last option named "Custom ICC profile name" (
See the next picture)
You will be able to name your ICC profiles after the calibration as desired.
Thanks for your interest.
Kind regards
Alejandro Morales
