LaserSoft Imaging

I've got a simple problem. I can't get my correct serial number to initialize the program. Silverfast responded to use full serial number which I have been doing. They included my serial number in response. Still does not open program. It's been 2 weeks trying to resolve this. Does anyone know anything like this happening and do you have a solution? I'm still waiting for another response to a new tech question to them reiterating the same problem.

What are the steps you are using to enter your serial number? I saw your other post and read that you had been using SilverFast just fine and then apparently something happened causing you to enter your serial number again, is this correct?
