I have Silverfast SE 6 that came with my Epson 4990 scanner. I am trying to scan multiple slides or negatives, but I can't figure out how.
I can draw multiple frames around the pre-scanned slides or negatives, but Silverfast only seems to be able to scan one at a time, which is pretty useless for me. Up to now I have been using the Epson software, that can batch scan, but I would really like to see the difference between the two (after seeing some good reviews on Silverfast).
Is it possible at all to batch scan with this version of Silverfast? If so, how?
Thanks.

Dear inola,
also the SE-versions include batch scanning.
Just draw the scan frames that you need and parametrize them (maybe have a look at using-same-settings-for-batch-help-t5214.html).
Then choose Batch in the "Scan Mode" popup in the main dialog's "General" panel.
Best regards
