When I purchased 5.5 I ordered a manual which turned out to be for version 4.0 - I have sent email asking how to exchange it for a new one, however no one has responded to these requests.
I also sent 5 other emails with several other questions on 12-30-01 and none have been answered. Is this normal for Silverfast? Do they simply ignore you, hoping you will go away?
