How do I obtain the IT8 targets for scanner calibration

Hi

I own an V750 pro and upgraded the software to the IT8 version.

The scanner came with some targets included, but not the silverfast ones as they had no bar code on the bottom.

Where can I buy the silverfast ones to profile for transparency and b&w negative?

Thanks

Mark

THere is no such thing as a IT8 target for a negative. Use Negafix mode or scan as positive and create your own custom curves to invert. You may want to do that anyway in Negafix expert mode for best results.

Try the calibration targets you have first. They should be ok, you will just have to find the data file for that target. it should be on the install cd for your scanner. If not, do a quick search here and you will find many of the reference files and a link to Kodak's ftp site for theirs.

Otherwise , take a look in the store here for whatever target you need.
