Hello!

Some weeks ago, the 20th of april exactly, i bought my Ai versi?n of the Silverfast. I have the SE version that came with my Epson 4990 scanner.

The problem is that i paid for it, 81,12 euros, and i don?t know what to do. I ask the support centre and they gave me a serial number but it doesn?t work ????

I?m very interested in the Ai version.and i have all my film waitting but i don?t know what to do PLEASE HELP!!

My problem is that i still don?t have my ai version (i mean in my computer) but i paid for it. What i have to do for downloading my paid AI version ???. MY SERIAL NUMBER SEEMS NOT WORK. ??

ok.

i am assuming you have not downloaded the Ai version. ( just putting in the new serial # will not change anything on the SE version)

unless you have already registered.

then you should be able to go to the update site for your scanner (see the link on the page above) and download the latest version, serailize it (per the web instructions) , and run SF
