Hi,
As stated in a previous post, I love this feature and use it heavily.
BUT, i'm wondering if i found a bug?
I have SF AI studio ME and scanning in photoshop. before doing a batch scan, i obviously go over each photo, add to the batch and run it.
I find when i'm using the sdr tool, if i accidentally click an area without holding down the shift key (and without circling anything)...i lose my entire mask. when i check the mask list, the last one (newest one i was just using) is not there. it's like it's gone.
i've tried the following to avoid this:
1. holding down the shift key.
2. making a point of only using the shift key when i circle a defect
3. cntrl-z to take a step backwards
4. i've watched the video a number of times, but i'm confident i am doing everything properly (but i know that may not be the case? ;) btw, i LOVE the fact videos are easily available on screen.
anyhoo, after this issue happens. I can NOT make a new mask. i can try...i create one...circle something, but then the entire photo is selected. no mask is created - i check the mask list again and it's not there.
any thoughts? it really drives me nuts.
i'm using:
CS 2 photoshop (latest update)
MAC tiger OS X 10.4.8
espon photo v700
silverfast ai studio ME
