will SF 6.5 support Canon 8200F?

Canon 8200F is just the same as 8000F.
But 8200F sells in japan only.
SF 6.0 support 8000f and 8400F already.
We are expecting for this.

the CanoScan 8200 officaly is not supported. You wrote, that it is the same like th CanoScan 8000 ?? Please download a SilverFast demoversion for the CanoScan 8000F and test, if the CanoScan 8200F will run correct with this version.

In this case please use our online support form:

and send attatched the SF_LogFile. This file is created if you press the " ctrl" / ( Strg ) button while starting SilverFast by using the SilverFast Launcher.

I have tryed the DEMO for 8000F and 8400F.Neither can work.

I'm not at home now. But I will send u the log as soon as I go home.

canon 8200f is 2400DPI ,the same as as 8000F.
8400f 3600DPI
8600f 4800 DPI
