6.5 filters

Have just installed 6.5 to trial. First problem is the loss of the automatic descreening options which are in version 6.4. Tried deleting both versions and reinstalling wiyh no luck. Any suggestions?

Dear Derek,
probably this is cause by corupted Preferences.
Please delete the folder " Prefs " :
On a typical Windows XP installation, the SilverFast "Prefs" folder is to be found at:
C: \ Documents and Settings \ (your username) \ Application Data \ Lasersoft Imaging \ SilverFast \
If you haven't yet changed the standard setting of the Windows Explorer you won't see any folder "Application Data". You then want to open the folder options dialogue (from "Extras" the menu) and go to the "View" tab. There you can enable the Explorer to show you hidden and system files and folders as well as displaying the contents of system folders.
On a typical Mac OS X installation, the " Prefs " folder is to be found at:
/ User / (your username) / Library / Preferences / LaserSoft Imaging

Have removed and reinstalled Silverfast 6.5.0r3.Still don't get any of the Auto Descreening options. Reinstalling 6.4.4r7a gives me all the filter options.
Running a Mac Dual 1.25 with OS 10.4.8 and an Epson Expression 1680.

Have removed Silverfast completely and installed 6.5.0r4 to try. On a Mac, 10.4.8, Epson 1680. Auto descreen filters and AACO missing. Also Multi-Exposure not available.
