LaserSoft Imaging

I have just bought an Epson 4990. I loaded the Silverfast Software but my scans have 'laser soft imaging' written all over them as if I were using a demo version - what's happening? I'm confused!

you need to serialise / activate SilverFast with the help of the bundled original SilverFast CDROM and the serial number given either on the CD sleeve or the Quickstart Guide.
