NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT

Hi,

For two weeks now I have been unable to upgrade or get any updates for Silverfast SE for an Epson V700.

I have posted numerous emails in this forum as well as to Silverfast support.

Two weeks ago I emailed Silverfast support, regarding a problem I have with completing registration. I received Ticket 2006092504870.

It seems I accidentaly entered the wrong email (Kjonas1975@msn.com.au instead of Kjonas1975@msn.com).
A week later I got a response from Silverfast stating the email for the registration has been updated. Unfortunately that is not so, and I still can't complete registration.

I emailed support notifying them that the email is still incorrect, however I still haven't had any response. However if for any reason there is a problem sending me an email to Kjonas1975@msn.com, here is another email Krisztian_Jonas@Yahoo.com.au

This is the worst support I have have ever experienced.
