Which IT8 Target for Epson Perfection V750-M Pro

I have been reading through the forums to try and find this info but I still am not sure. The V750 is a flatbed scanner with inserts/holders for medium format slides. I plan to use it to scan my 6X7 cm slides. Should I use one of the reflective or the transmissive targets. Does it make a difference.

Thanks in advance for your help for this newbie.

If you are scanning a print use a reflective target
If you are scanning a slide/positive film use a slide target.

Thanks for the reply. And a follow up question. I see two transmissive targets listed. The Kodak and the Fuji, at greatly desparate prices. Do I need to get the Fuji as I almost always shoot landscapes with Fuji Velvia or does it not matter.

Thanks for your help.

do a search of the forums for velvia for some more intelligent comments on scanning Velvia. i have not tried the film. Several others here have.
