Is there still any support from Lasersoft ?

May they they started Xmas break already or even closed their business.
I'm a registered customer, but they don't answer my support requests any more. Even in ths forum, only little activity.

the imaging forum is neither a place for dealing with individual support request - as told in numerous other threads - nor for sarcasm.
As you've been informed by email in your ticket request, you and me are both waiting for results from the LSI testing center.

Sorry to say, but my Ticket 2005111905334 from November 19, 2005 is still not answered. It must have been a real difficult question.
