Mac 10.3.9, Silverfast V6.4.2r9. Scanner Nikon LS2000, firmware 1.31. Just bought upgrade to AI Studio (on CD) but can't install !. Always version V6.4.1r9 (?) is installed. Tried several times with and without uninstalling AI 6...!.
Please help.

Rudi,
Visit the following link for instructions on how to change your serial number. Based on your description it sounds like you purchased the upgrade, and installed it, but are still seeing the previous version.
Once you change the serial number you will see all of the Studio features.
