DESPERATE new user..batch scanning

Hello,

I am trying to batch scann slides with my Microtek i700 scanner, which came with Silverfast SE. After learning, that the SE version doesn't allow batch scanning, I finally upgraded today to the SE PLUS version. I removed my old version, installed the new downloaded one and I cannot find the multisampling icon anywhere...?!?

If the software opens it states Silverfast SE and not SE PLUS version?!?
The version no. V6.4.2r1c.

I find the documentation for all software very confusing and I cannot find any documentation for the multisampling for SE PLUS?

How to upgrade serialise your present SE version to SE Plus?:

Batch scanning is available in the Ai (and Ai Studio) version, but not in the SE (and SE Plus).
