New version SE Plus 6.4.1.r8c and Multi-Sampling

I've have upgraded to Silverfast SE Plus 6.4.1.r8c (from SE) in order to use the new Multi-Sampling feature.
When i execute the program, the title bar show the correct version, but there is NO such feature.
Also the rest of the SE Plus features do NOT appear (that is the AAOC, unsharp Mask Plus, the JPEG 2000).
Has anyone else experienced this?

I am currently using the Nikon Coolscan V ED (LS 50) and for the installation first i uninstalled the old version (as suggested) then installed the new one. Also i tried to uninstall in again and completly remove all the relative files and directories (Program Files\Lasersoft)

The features are apparently not available in the SE version of SilverFast based on the link provided by pmitterboeck. I think you will need to upgrade to SilverFast AI or AI Studio.
