SilverFast 6.0.2.r39 on a OS 10.3 ??? PLS asstist

Dear sirs,
We use a G5 with OS 10.3 an a Umax Powerlook 1120 firewire scanner,
when we try to install SilverFast 6.0.2 we got a error message "error creating fodler 1008:9,-61", the S.F. software works fine on a 10 OS, but after the upgrade to 10.3 it was impossible to install it again...
So, we thought that we might need to update our S.f. to a newer version.
Before downloading the software from your site, we registered our product number as you requested, and waited for your email which it supposed to have a password for the installation. The mail arrived but....there was no password in it, only a few support links to your site!!!

I'm really looking forward for an answer.

You can directly proceed to our download area and download the latest Silverfast 6 release. Validation is currently done via your serial number, not passwords. Sorry for the confusion !

Thank you for the answer, but...
I log in as an admin, i run the installer,
as username i use : admin and as a password my product serial (as you told me)... but i get a "wrong username or password" message.... :(

we are a publishing house and as you understand we need to fix that asap.

The installer asks for the username and password of the administrator account on your computer. The download area on our website requires your serial number.
