pakon 335 support
i happen to have the latest PAKON scanner 335. But silverfast does not directly support it. what can i do to achive it.

thank you for your interest in LaserSoft Imaging's software products.
However, the scanner you are interested is not supported right now.
You'll always find updated information about which scanners are supported by the SilverFast scanning software on our website www.silverfast.com at "Support" > "Supported scanners" or direct URL: https://www.silverfast.com/product/en.html
Thank you for your kind understanding that it might not be possible to inform you individually when this list of supported scanners will be extended with the scanner in question.
We also cannot yet announce a SilverFast implementation for this scanner might be available within a few weeks time.
Nevertheless please do feel invited to revisit our site and check if a version has been developed for your scanner. If so, you want to download the demo version and check if it does suffice your needs.
For any installation assistance please don't hesitate to address our technical support at https://www.silverfast.com/problemreport ... stallation who shall gladly see you through. For support request please always attach the file "SF_Logfile" to speed up the supporting process.
