Silverfast AI installer fails

Big problem, bought an laciebluescan48 and hereby there was also the silverfast AI 6 software.
When I insert the cdrom he appears on my desktop but when I click the install incon, I see the windows where you can choose what you like to install, but when I click the button 'silverfast AI' nothing happens.
I can eject the cdrom, only thing I can do I a push the power button om my G5.
I registered myself this evening and I'm asking where I can donwload the FULL version of Silverfast AI 6 so I can do the update, and finally can begin scanning
