How to turn off auto correction & color management opts.

Operating System: MAC OSX 10.3.7
Connection: USB
Host Program: Photoshop 7
Using Silver Fast Ai, version 6 (bundled with scanner)

I am currently trying to "Create an Input Profile" using the MonacoEZcolor software that came bundled with my scanner. One of the first things they ask you to do is turn off all your scanner's automatic correction options and color management options. I can take a guess - but I want to make sure to correctly turn everything that I need off. How do I go about doing this? Also... under Options/Auto... it does not let me click off of "ACR when automatic". When I return to that tab it is clicked back on. Is that one of the options I should turn off?

this is irregular behaviour and a I will have this tested internally.
However, the settings on the "Auto" tab of the "Options" dialogue do influence how the automatic image adjustment works.

I.e. if the automatic image adjustment isn't activated, ACR won't be executed even if this option is checked.
