I've been asked to build the photo archives for a school - both digital and analog. They have asked me to spec out hardware and software needs - including software to help them scan and convert digital files in a very specific way. Since they are using Nikon cameras, I was looking at Silverfast DC Pro, but was wondering about Siverfast HDR Studio.
I am assuming that if we use Silverfast HDR Studio, we should not need Silverfast DC Pro - am I correct here?

Dear Markster.
You are right.
SilverFast HDR Studio and SilverFast DCPro are members of different product families, but do offer the same functionality.
Visible differences are the default values for gamma and USM, but both values can be changed.
Best regards.
