LaserSoft Imaging

Hi there,

when trying to check for web updates with Silverfast Ai 6.2.3r3 on Windows ME there seems to be no connection to the silverfast server but I get as an error message:

"unknown error: 7"

What's going wrong ? Do I need to reinstall the latest version or is this a common problem ?
