LaserSoft Imaging

I recently purchased microtek4000tf & am using it with mac os 10.3 and silverfast AI. The scanner came with a Kodak (unbarcoded) target. I shoot Fuji Velvia most of the time. I have a Fuji target with data c/o Wolf *****. I am new to mac 10.3, how do I get the target info to the IT8 ref. files?. I put it on the desktop ,but can't find a way to get where I want for calibration purposes .

Dear scuba mark,

you need to identify your target and get the specific reference file first.
Once you have got the right ref. file place anywhere you can find it. When You run the calibration on the target and silverfast is not able to identify the target (no barcode) it will ask you for the reference file. You just need to give the path to your ref. file. Done.
