unfortunately i can so far not get any answer to my question from yesterday , but perhaps i should describe it more detailed :
So far I was used to work with v**s**n and SilverFast is new"butter"
to me ,as I`m looking for ways of best prescan workflow :
In v**s**n I started to make prescans from negative-stripe .
After having scanned the negative stripe I could easily toggle or switch between the single prescans in the preview window .
I think that`s pretty helpful before starting a batchscan, because
you can COMPARE your images through the preview window and if necessary do some color-corrections ,adjustments , toggle and
compare again between the prescans and based on this starting
your batchscan.
( I`m referring to similar negatives )
However in SilverFast I could so far not find-out how to work best
or similar like described above.
The problem is,that SilverFast seems to start every time a new
prescan and there seems no way to quickly switch or toggle between prescans to make imaging-comparisons possible over the preview
window.
Once the negative-stripe had be prescanned (or the ones I 'd chosen)
I thought I could toggle between the prescans with help of the
index-scan or dialogue ( this menue, where the shots appear as thumbnails) .
But result is,that SilverFast starts again new prescan for same
negative prescanned before.
So my question is : Is there any easy way to toggle or switch between
prescans based on preview window to make imaging
comparisons before starting a batchscan ?
Or do you have any other workflow idea for me ?
I hope someone can help in this matter
thanks
Marcus
