i got my user name, my password, I tried to download the update for silverfast but it doesn't recognise my correct password.
what can I do?

I think that both user name and password are case sensitive. Try again, carefully, or else, complain to LSI.

Same problem here

username and password were transfered with copy and paste and without spaces. Scanner was the registered model. no access
the same with writing exactly like it was written in the mail. no access
Now the server has stopped answering me.

Could it be, that the server need some times after registration, until a download is possible? I,ve just registered.
