Exposure control in Silverfast 6

I am scanning panoramic positive films 24 x 66 on a Microtek 3600 - 35mm scanner. By doing this, I have to scan the left hand side of the frame and then the right hand side of the frame followed by stitching them together in Photoshop Elements Photomerge. The results are very good but there are few exeptions due to the limitations of Photomerge, i.e sometimes blue skies do not match up. I have read elsewhere that to overcome this kind of problem is to scan both halfs of the frame with the same exposure.
My question is: can I, and if so, how do I save the exposure from one side of the frame and use it on the other side of the frame?
Your reply would be very much apreciated.
Jurgen

Dear Irps,
simply save the 'settings' of the first scan and apply them to the second scan as well.
