Nikon 2000 Ai 6 Update

Am I the only one using a Nikon 2000... or am I doing something wrong?

For over a month now, I've tried to update SF6 for my Nikon 2000 scanner. When I go into the download menus, the box to click-on to download is just a small gray square that you can't click on. Am I the only one having this problem?

Dear gherman.

Here is a link to the main update page for the LS2000: https://www.silverfast.com/sf-download/193/ai6/en.html.

You need to select your language and system.

If your problem occurs later (after you press "next" on this page), please let me know, which language and system you are using and whether you are using PhotoShop plugin or TWAIN.

Yep... same problem.. I'm chosing english and the PS plugin. On the next screen I get a small gray block, instead of a silverfast floppy icon.

Uuuups, I see your problem. You selected Windows, right?

I?ll tell our WEB admin about the problem.

Yes... Windows.

It's been like that for over a month. I got around it the last time by downloading the LS4000 version and using the LS2000 key. Now I have two entries in PS for my Nikon scanner. Any idea on how to get rid of one of them?

Thanks!

LS-2000 and OS X

I have been waiting for a couple of problems to be corrected in the OS X version of Silverfast Ai for the Nikon LS-2000. Today when I checked to see if there was an update, I found only the OS 9, Nikon MAID version (6.0.2r8 NikonM) available for download, even though the page clearly says it is for OS X.

When will you post a de-bugged OS X version?

Thanks,
