LaserSoft Imaging

Dear Sirs,
I have the Silver Fast and the Siver Fast HDR with windows 10.
My scaner are: Reflecta and Canon 9000F MarkII

In the same computer I have the Power Director and Color Director, both in last version from Ciberlink. The program are original.

Recently I upgrade your software to the last spanish version 8.8.0r.10

After that I can open the pthers programs. Appear a window with the following message:

"The procedure entry point is not found -crtCreateSymbolicLinkW in the dynamic link library C/Windows/System32/MSVCP110.dll"

How I have a copoy of hard disc I recover the older and It works correctly but when I upgrade again the last version the problem is again.

Dear user,

make sure all your windows updates are fully installed.
The MSVCP110.dll is part of the Microsoft visual C++ Redistributables.
Maybe those need to be reinstalled.

The situation is realy crazy because my Windows is original and update recently.
If I try to reinstal the file like you explain me the programe does not work.

I will try de following step. I uninstalled the Power Director and Color director completly.
I upgrade your sofware at last version and I instal again de Power Director and Color Director.

I give you the results.

I install de last version of VisualC redistributable and all is correct. My version before was from 2015.
