Hi,
I'm having problems with my scans. The preview color doesn't match the color of the output image, they have a blue cast. I have read a lot about color in this forum but can't find the solution. I'm attaching a screenshot of the problem. The left one is the final image and the right one is the preview.

I'm using a Braun FS 120 and Silverfast AI Studio 8

Thank you!.

Dear Cristóbal,

Please make sure you are using the latest update from our website. It also includes the latest driver.
Also make sure your scanner has the latest firmware from the manufacturer's website installed.
It can be uploaded to the scanner through the CyberView software's Help menu.

If everything is up to date make sure you check the HQ preview mode available in many of the SilverFast tools to get an image in the final resolution.
This allows you to check if this maybe is resolution dependent. The Preview often uses a lower resolution then the main scan.

In case you are using MultiExposure try activating the Multi-Exposure Preview in the Preferences' special tab.

Kind regards,
Arne
