LaserSoft Imaging

I am using the Silverfast Ai Studio software current version on my Epson 10000XL scanner.
Been happily scanning but now my scans all come out in greyscale, not colour.
I don't recall changing it and cannot see any way at all to change it back from greyscale to colour.
Can someone help me?

Dear customer,

Please check the bit-depth.
The 16->8 and 16 Bit selections create greyscale images.
