saving the settings

i have SF6 demo, can i save the scanning settings there? (48bit colour, filter:none etc.). if not, can they be saved with full version!??
The demo is a full version, but it will show a watermark in the scanned image. The demo has all functions of the full version.
NOTE: The SE version is a limited version, with limited functionality.
