SE 6 for Microtek 6400XL - where's the file??

I've sent a message to info@silverfast about this, but as yet haven't received a reply.

I paid $20 to upgrade my silverfast SE 5.5 to version 6 for my Microtek 6400XL, but despite receiving a serial number and confirmation of payment, I can't find the file to download! The website keeps linking me to version 5.5, which doesn't work in Jaguar (10.2).

Can anyone please redirect me to SE 6 for the 6400XL? Thanks in advance,

on the SilverFast SE purchase site

we list a "workflow" that states
1st try the software
2nd purchase the software.

further information on this web site (in red letters) says:
"<font color=red>SilverFast SE 6</font> is currently not for all models and not for all OS and installation types. Please download SilverFast SE first."

Dear Support,

I'm not sure what you're telling me here. I've TRIED the software, in that I've been running version 5.5 for a few months now, and I'm very happy with it.

I've PURCHASED the upgrade to version 6, following precisely the directions on your website.

However, I can't find the version 6 file to download. There seems to be a mistake with your website.

I note that you say version 6 isn't available for all scanners, but surely you wouldn't allow me to use my credit card to buy the upgrade for my configuration without it actually being available!?
