It'is possible to define a profile for my scanner with Silverfast SE ?

Dear Philippe,

when you want to make a profile for your scanner, you must make an upgrade to SilverFast Ai.
In SilverFast Ai is the feature IT8-calibration included.

Thanks, but I will not generate icc file, I will use an existing icc file.
